The Rio Hotel is in the heart of the action in Macau. Recreational and relaxation is provided by a fitness center, indoor pool, spa and sauna. Businessmen have a center and meeting room facilities. There are shops, bar, coffee shop, restaurant, nightclub and casino. Staff speaks English and is happy to offer safety deposit boxes, a laundry service as well as assistance with tours. Families can take advantage of the babysitting service. Although it isn’t a top hotel most guest are satisfied with their stay.


Golden Dragon Hotel


The Golden Dragon Hotel is a two-tower building on the eastern side of the city center. As a result guests are close to all the attractions and transport facilities of Macau. The result is that it is ideal accommodation for everything from the businessman to families. There is free Wi-Fi and room service and facilities include a coffee shop and restaurant. Rooms have LCD/Plasma TV. There is a little negative comments about the size of the rooms but most guests agree that the hotel provides good value in an ideal location.


5footway.inn Project Ponte 16


The 5footway.inn Project Ponte 16 is close to the popular city attractions with a 24 hour front desk where English is spoken happy to help with any queries. It provides a laundry service, luggage storage and safety deposit boxes on request and is suitable for families, tourists and businessmen. There is a business center and Wi-Fi in public areas. Guests have use of restaurant, a shared lounge and TV area and free shuttle bus service. The hotel has 20 rooms. The hotel receives positive comments for its location close to transport links and shopping, but some people think that is a bit overpriced.

The Hou Kong Hotel only 0.5 km from the center, is an ideal choice for those wishing easy access to the main attractions of Macau.
