If you are based in China, today I’m going to ask for your help.<\/p>\n
We set up a survey to gather the prices<\/a><\/strong> of the most common services and products used by expats living in the major Chinese cities (see below for an example of Beijing). <\/p>\n The goal is, within a month, to publish a looong article with the average prices of the most common services and products in China, included a comparison of prices within the different cities.<\/p>\n This is something that our readers have been asking for years because it’s extremely difficult to gather accurate data before to move to China or even before relocating to a different Chinese city. We spent a whole week building a system that is able to collect the data for each city, compute the average prices for each city and publish them in real time here at SDC. <\/p>\n However, for this project to succeed, we will need the help of everybody in order to collect enough data. Please help us : )<\/p>\n Below you find the data we will gather for each major Chinese city!<\/p>\n p.s. If you don’t see the data below, it may be because of the Chinese internet. Although we tested it and it seems to work fine in China, we aren’t 100% sure yet that the service we are using for processing the data of the survey is working in all China.
