{"id":11925,"date":"2018-06-07T02:00:15","date_gmt":"2018-06-07T01:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saporedicina.com\/english\/?p=11925"},"modified":"2022-02-10T12:15:47","modified_gmt":"2022-02-10T11:15:47","slug":"crazy-house-hang-nga-guesthouse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saporedicina.com\/english\/crazy-house-hang-nga-guesthouse\/","title":{"rendered":"Crazy House (Hang Nga Guesthouse) in Da Lat, in Vietnam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saporedicina.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/crazy-house-dalat-0.jpg\" title=\"Crazy House\" alt=\"crazy-house-dalat-0\" width=\"920\" height=\"494\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11912\" \/><br \/>\nThe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoda.com\/crazy-house-dalat\/hotel\/dalat-vn.html?cid=1598521\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Hang Nga Guesthouse<\/a><\/strong>, best known as &#8220;Crazy House&#8221;, is an extremely unconventional building designed and built by Vietnamese architect \u0110\u1eb7ng Vi\u1ec7t Nga in Da Lat, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saporedicina.com\/english\/ten-unconventional-habits-of-vietnamese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vietnam<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The building, which is often described as &#8220;the fairy-tale house&#8221;, mimics the form of a tree and contains &#8220;natural&#8221; decorative elements such as animals, mushrooms, spiderwebs and caverns. <\/p>\n<p>To alleviate the costs during construction of the house, from 1990 \u0110\u1eb7ng Vi\u1ec7t Nga opened the house to tourists. Not only is it possible to visit the house (as I did), but you can also sleep there (there are 10 bedrooms).<\/p>\n<p>The price for a visit is about 40,000 VND (about two Dollars!), while the price of rooms vary from 30 to 60 Dollars a night. <\/p>\n<p>The Crazy House is open to visitors every day from 8:30 in the morning to 7 in the evening. The address is: 03 Huynh Thuc Khang St, Ward 4, Da Lat, Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re passing through Da Lat, I recommend you visit it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are photos of Crazy
